You must:
- Be Character Level 70.
- Kill Diablo in less than 60 seconds.
- Be on Torment XIII (T13) or higher.
Your Seasonal Necromancer is currently Level 70 (104). You say you killed Diablo in 50 - 60 seconds. What Game Difficulty are you on?
If you’re not sure if it’s a bug, you should post in the General Discussion Forum first. If players there help you determine it’s a game bug, then you can move your thread to this Bug Report Forum.
Blizzard does not respond here. You report a game bug on PC. Blizzard reads it. If they can reproduce it, they will fix it. The only responses you will get here are from other players who will try to help you.
