Alright notes are up! … And I’m not sure what to think. Ethereal legendaries sounds really cool, and it’s a nice homage to D2. But they’re seasonal-only?! And likely RNG on top of RNG too. Will be a major pain to get a good one from the sound of it.
I was also expecting sweeping changes to all sets and we got one rework and 2 nerfs (which were merited, so no complaint from me). This one’s a pretty big letdown. I’m hyped to try out the new Inna, but like can the real underperforming sets get a major boost too?
