I already have full game on pc, but would like to get it for our PS4 too. I don’t play necromancer, is RoS enough to get for the PS4? Is there anything besides the ability to play necromancer I’d miss out on by getting just RoS instead? $30 vs $60 for just a character I don’t play 
Ultimate Evil Edition, is the same as Eternal Edition, minus the Necromancer.
UEE will just take a tad bit longer to update everything up to 2.6.8, where as Eternal Edition starts at the patch when Necro was released.
I’m assuming based on the pricing, you are trying for digital?? Go for physical for either one, and you’ll pay less than $35 for either one really.

You do get 2 more character slots with the Necro.
Well yes that’s true. You will also notice a difference in stash. Everything on PS4 takes one “block” of space, unlike on PC, but at the end of the Day, PC ultimately still has more stash than PS4.
