This one is old but still annoying.
Ring of Royal Grandeur is not showing up on Heroes profile and data about it can’t be gathered using Blizzards API.
Leoric’s Crown doesn’t either. (EDIT: e.g. https://us.diablo3.com/en/profile/TinneOnnMuin-1187/hero/67541536)
Posting here probably isn’t going to do anything about it though, I think this forum is specifically for game bugs. Website/API bugs would be handled differently.
Yes It does not show up in cube.
Add “Shard of Hatred” to the list of missing items from the API / Profiles
Necro-bumping threads is frowned on in these forums and this one is 2 years old. 
Hi-jacking someone’s thread is also frowned on. And, technically, you hi-jacked this one because your report has nothing to do with the Ring of Royal Grandeur. So, you’re also off-topic.
Soul Shards are Seasonal only. They’ll be removed when the Season ends. I doubt if Blizzard considers this a bug or if they’ll “fix” the website Armory Profiles to include Soul Shards.
Well, the thread’s about items that don’t show up properly on the Armoury site, and mentions the Ring of Royal Grandeur in the title. However, you’ll note that the 2nd post in the thread mentions that Leoric’s Crown also doesn’t show up in the Armoury site.
Since Patch 2.7.2, there are more items that don’t show up properly (that are not season specific), e.g. Lakumba’s Ornament, Shukrani’s Triumph and Brood of Araneae.
