Edit: The text does not say, but it should be Ancient rorg to be recognized by the altar

As per around a dozen existing reports…

  1. A RORG from the Follower Items cache cannot be used for the sacrifice
  2. A RoRG from the Jewellery cache can be used for the sacrifice
  3. It does NOT need to be ancient

I’ve tried jewelry bag
follower bag
act 1 cache

and it still won’t recognize it
