Rollback broken more than one year

Dear D3 Team:

I am a lover of this game.
One year ago I need a rollback for my account, and have been waiting for it.
I try to rollback my account almost every day, but still won’t work.
Please fix the rollback system, I really want to continue playing this game.

Dear Game Master:

I am a lover of D3 game.

One year ago I need rollback for regaining all of my lost loving primals, due to certain unwilling reason.

I have been waiting for the rollback system to be fixed, and have been trying to rollback almost everyday. I also talked about that in forums , hoping Community Manager will see it and fix rollback system.

I care about my primals (years of playing), they are the symbol of my worthy effort in playing this game. Without them, I feel powerless in continuing playing on. It is the nice gears in game that inspire me to play with content, since twenty years ago I started to play D2.

Please help informing D3 Team to fix the rollback system, I have been waiting for more than one year. I really want to continue playing D3 with my nice primals.

Yes, I play this game in USA server. And the three Support Tickets sent to Game Mater are also on the USA official website.

To Taetew and and Argos:

Those nice primals are from years of playing. I don’t have faith getting all of them back even just the same good, not to mention better versions of them…

There are only three rollbacks allowed per account. If you used all of it, your requests could be denied silently. Also instead of asking here or trying to rollback your account yourself as you implied, you could have contact Support by reserving a ticket, to do that for you.

I have contacted support ticket 2 times, and I still have rollback times left….

The above is the third time.

At this point even if the rollback was working correctly, it is very possible that rollback that far might be impossible. The system periodically takes a snapshot of your account data and I don’t know how many snapshots are stored at any given moment as a backup.

It might be easier just to accept the loss and move on.

I was under the impression they don’t allow rollbacks anymore. At least that what I was told a few years back.

its silly to roll back, just start up this season is much better to grind out those primals you are missing. Who knows you might actually have fun finding them or even better versions of them.

Agreed. Especially this season. I bet OP can get all his paragon levels and items back in a few weeks with this seasons theme and doesn’t have to delay playing the game, hoping for a rollback.

If you look back at OP’s post history, you’d out that a friend (a former friend by now I hope) got access to his account and deleted all his characters as a prank. So there’s more to recover than just some items.

Agreed, but it’s been a year waiting for a rollback. That’s almost 3 seasons ago. Most of the GG items from a year ago would have been taking up storage space anyways. And he wasted a whole year of not playing the game.

One thing we all learned from this: Never let your friends get access to a game you love. And do a better job choosing your friends

More importantly, as I mentioned earlier, a rollback may not be even possible at this point. Which is why I suggested just accepting the loss.

And definitely never allow friends or anyone else access to your accounts. If you need to leave your computer unsupervised, lock it.

Are you sure that you are attempting the rollback on the same support website region as the D3 account?

For example, if the D3 account is on the NA region, you would need to initiate the rollback from the NA support website.

The reason I ask is that your posting character appears to be from the Asia region, but your character is on the NA region.
