  2. Does Wormwood Locusts proc RoE?
    I know that procs don’t proc procs.
    Does this apply here?

  1. Haunts from Band of Hollow Whispers don’t proc RoE. Haunts are not equivalent to the skill, even if the names are very similar.

  2. Wormwood Locusts proc RoE on all enemies infected by Locust Swarm.
