When Magic missile ist cast with the Ice-Rune. How often will it Proc Rimeheart?

Rimeheart has internal cool down:

  • Script Formula 1: 0.1
    ICD

This is 6 sec ICD

Once every 6 secs it has 20% chance to proc on FROZEN mobs

  • Script Formula 0: 0.20
    Base Chance

Realistically speaking Rimeheart is not worth the effort, especially after CC resistance been introduced. Glacier spike freeze mobs for 1 sec and can not repeat that within 5secs. The proc chance of Rime is minimum.
