Had a long term issue with intermittent right-click not working at random during gameplay. Have tried different mouses, including Death Adder Elite. Anyone else had this issue?
maybe its not your situation but times when i had those kind of issues was computer lag by a faulty discord version… other time was chrome eating RAM, my suggestion is try having less stuff happening when you are playing D3, i hope thats your solution.

D3 has real bad input lag. It’s the game, not your hardware.

I’ve never had that issue, honestly. My guess is, as mentioned above, it might be due to a lag?
This should be fairly easy to diagnose, at least on the hardware side. Go anywhere else that has contextual menus (like the windows desktop) and right click. Do so repeatedly in different spots for a few minutes since you need a decent sample size of clicks to make a determination. If you have more than one or two failed attempts, your mouse’s button membrane is likely on its way out and you need to replace it.
It’s practically unheard of for input to not respond in D3. Unlike some other games it’s fairly well coded in that department.
Not sure about your problem, but I need to get a Death adder mouse just for the name. Need to get on Newegg.
