Hey guys,
I really got a huge itch to play some Diablo 3. I’d like to do the new season and everything too.
Give me some recommendations on making this return fun.

Go to every nook and cranny.
What’s fun for one may not be fun for another.
Just pick a Class and go for it. If you don’t like the Gift Set, use LoD until you can farm a set you like (or stick with LoD)
Just be aware that Visions tend to be 2-3 levels tougher than the one you find them on.
You probably won’t find mats for the cow level stick if you don’t and that’s really fun.
Take it slow, dont get power leveled (at least on your first character.)
Use the seasonal journey check list for progression goals early and to help get your first class set.
There are so many information and tips that we could write here but reading such post won’t be fun at all as it would be so complex and tightly packed that it’d easily stray away from the thread’s topic at hand.
My suggestion is start by reading online guides, namely icy-veins and maxroll are good places to read and start roaming through several guides. Try to decide on a class to start your Seasonal journey at first and see if the Set that granted by the Haedrig’s Gift at this current Season would fit your tastes. Seasonal character unlocks Adventure Mode, Kanai’s Cube, Altar of Rites in Act 1 and randomly emerging Visions of Enmity rifts from slain foes.
Rest of the gameplay details must be learnt from guides as they’re so vast to mention here briefly. But if I were to give some hints, prioritize some extra experience per kill on your gear or stick a ruby at your socketed helm for more experience gain as you are leveling up. Keep your Artisans leveled up with the priority of Blacksmith first, Jewelcrafter second and Mystic Artisan last. Keep your equipment upgraded by Blacksmith, level up to 70 first, chase better gear, read guides and enjoy the game at your own pace.
Yeah different ppl enjoy the game in different ways. We can’t really help you without more information. I guess only advice would be to play they game in a way you enjoy?
Btw, don’t go to icy veins, they are often outdated and even when not, it’s quite hit and miss. Maxroll may not be perfect every time, but they are never off by much.
Play the game.
Do not spend time on the forums.
I completed the campaign many times over and got to GR 70/T16 + on 2 characters… i will stay on these forums i think. I believe anyone can do the same.
If you watch Raxx, Raykor and the others that made videos then you will not need anything here less company answering questions about their game distortions.
