Edit: While talking to Razer support I tried just simply uninstalling Synapse instead of ‘disabling’ it and the audio issue went away. So HAH to Razer.
Update: No resolution yet from Blizzard support, and Razer support is also not helping and refuses to escalate my ticket.
In my opinion, there is obviously something going on with Razer/D3/Win 11 update that is causing some kind of audio incompatibility with software or otherwise. It would be fantastic if someone would bother looking into this at a deeper level, but apparently that is not what Razer will do.
All of my audio in game is extremely distorted and bad. Makes the game completely unplayable. I found another thread where there was an issue with a Razer brand headset and I followed the link they provided to try and fix it on my end, this included uninstalling/deleting all folders, etc. I have now reinstalled everything and launched the game only to be met with the same bad sounds as before.
Please note this does -NOT- happen in anything other game. It doesn’t happen when listening to music or watching videos. The only time this happens is in Diablo.
Sounds : crackling, popping, going through the menu sounds like little ‘tinks’, its almost comical if it wasnt so awful.
