Resolve G-Sync issues with Nvidia 3090 24 OC GPU

For all those suffering with sudden total hang of your desktop while using a high end GPU and corresponding high end monitor/display.

I have the Asus Geforce RTX 3090 24 OC + a ASUS ROG Strix 27" 4K HDR DSC Gaming Monitor (XG27UQ) - UHD (3840 x 2160), IPS, 144Hz, 1ms, Adaptive-Sync, G-SYNC Compatible.

Here is an article from Reddit that answered all my concerns where Blizzard Technical could not. Do a search in Reddit for “For those with gsync problems, it doesn’t look like it working, or have tearing and stutter”. Very detailed.
