Is it possible to reset your characters, in other words start them over ?
Once a character goes to Eternal there is an option for the next season to Rebirth them into seasonal which essentially makes it start over as a seasonal character. There is a limit per season which if I remember correctly is 3. All Eternal gear is saved.
As for a general reset for same realm it is not available. You could save what you want, delete the character and roll a new one with the same name. It is about all we got. As the game is no longer being developed that will not change.
The only other way, short of buying another account, is to start playing in one of the other two Regions.
