hay did any of u know if rend - mutilate ice rune will give more buff to team if we wear lamentation belt ? the belt said rend will gain 2 stack , so if no belt
rend - mutilate incrs team dmg by 10 %
if we wear the belt , will it incrs team dmg to 20 % ?

Not sure on this one but either way the party buff is additive. This means it actually does very little. If you are playing rend in groups your better off running the normal full damage build as it will mean more for your clears. If you are trying to run rend on a zbarb build that isnt worth it either. You need to use pride of cassius or else IP will fall off alot and there is no room to fit rend on the zbarb talent bar.
