This rune would be potentially useful with a rolands build if the blind aspect were to be removed from the rune. Rolands synergy with towering shield passive specifically the shield glare cdr aspect is cut short because of monster CC resistance (and rolands need to pull mobs.) If blind were taken off of subdue this could create some potentially interesting synergy.
