I have had this game for several years yet have not done much on it. I came back like a month ago I have all classes max on season and I fully geared a DH and did everything in seasonal journey I have done a lvl 92 GR and i decided to message a friend about how to get a primal piece they said I should get one free and unlock after doing a +70 gr and I have severe OCD I made alts to store things bc my bank tabs were full, I just recently went through every tab with a fine tooth comb and never saw a primal piece which means I didnt have one, I also put everything i had that was legendary into the cube powers and i did it carefully just in case I missed something or whatever, alas all of my bags on my alts were clear and I had absolutely no primal pieces I have ran numerous GR’s since then on 70-93 “93 is th max i can do” and no primals, I really doubt I have them unlocked I made a few tickets and The gms told me to run again and I did 6 times, they said if that didnt work to submit a bug report so here i am and i really hope someone can help or fix this. DONT TELL ME ITS A LUCK THING BC FROM EVERYONE I TALKED TO AND EVERYTHING I HAVE SEEN MY FIRST SOLO 70 SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED ONE FOR FREE! I have not and I think someone needs to look into it. Thanks to the amazing person that is able to fix this and find the issue in advance.

Without a screenshot of your first solo GR70 loot, or better yet a video, you cannot prove that you didn’t get a primal. Blizzard doesn’t keep track of what items you drop. It’s possible that you didn’t get a primal, just as it’s possible that you accidentally salvaged it. As long as you got the achievement, then you are eligible for primals. After that, it’s just luck of the draw. I’ve gone long stretches without getting a primal.
