I feel the end game Primal grind could use some tweaks. Instead of creating new algorithms and such to incorporate into the smart loot system, maybe Blizzard can add a new recipe for the Cube.
Reforge Primal Ancient.
It would simply re-roll stats on a found primal while keeping it as a Primal, to perhaps better suit a playstyle and really take advantage of the item.
It could of course require a substantial amount of materials and gold and or gems. Perhaps even the need to sacrifice another unused primal aswell. Maybe a special item is needed from a drop in a Greater Rift like Ramaladni’s Gift.
This would also give more reason to complete Bounties and further improve end game builds and increase player enthusiasm.
