I have the Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition. The phisical box. Why can i buy the Digital Deluxe or Digital Deluxe Upgrade? Why says the bnet shop i have the Standard Edition?

The store has been a little wonky lately.
Earlier in the week, I saw something similar with my SC2 license where it claimed that I hadn’t fully bought the Campaign Collection DDE, however, I definitely did years ago. With some time though, it resolved and began displaying correctly again.
It’s likely you’re just seeing a similar error with your D3 licence. If so, hopefully it will resolve soon as well.
Mine shows everything D3 related In Library, except Reaper of Souls and the Digital Deluxe Edition, which says Upgrade.
But, I’ve owned D3, RoS, the Digital Deluxe Upgrade and the Necromancer Pack since they were released. I also purchased D2:R, so when I visit the shop it shows that I own:
- Diablo III: Eternal Collection In Library
- Diablo III Battle Chest In Library
- Diablo III In Library
- Diablo III Reaper of Souls Upgrade
- Diablo III: Rise of the Necromancer In Library
- Reaper of Souls Digital Deluxe Upgrade
As you can see, everything I’ve listed (for me) should be marked as In Library.
If you have a total of 17 Character Slots and the Spectral Hound (Bones) Cosmetic Pet, then you have all of the D3 products. If you don’t have these, then you have Reaper of Souls, but not the upgrade to the Digital Deluxe.
Note: If you don’t have the Necro Pack you’ll only have 15 total Character Slots. If you also don’t have the Digital Deluxe Edition, you’ll only have 12 total Character Slots.
