I was wondering if anyone is in the know… im new to a necro since last season… the cd on aotd was faster it feels last season to this one… does anyone know why? im commanding skels and my revivs i pick and choose the best of what dies lol dont get me wrong… the cd is fast but just dont feel the same like last season… did something change?
you can put 40 cooldown in your paragon points so it makes it feel a lot faster
A lot of S29 players are forgeting the empowered shrine potion power proc from the S28 altar, which provided +50% CDR (subject to diminishing returns). This was huge for any cooldown dependent builds like rathma.
