Are you playing on the South America (Brazil) server ? if so, try to switch to the US server when attempting to improve your record.

There was an issue reported here on 30 October and one workaround was to play on the US Server instead of the South America server. See:

The “trick” works because some (or all ?) of the servers in the South America region are broken and do not record the new time and Greater Rift level.

To change the region of play:

  • exit from Diablo III,
  • in the Battle.Net parameters, under “Configuraçoes do jugo”, for Diablo III:
    • Put a check mark in “Argumentos adicionais de linha de comando”
    • In the box, write: OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=Default as shown in the screenshot below (click on screenshot to open it):

  • Click the Ok button

When you relaunch Diablo III, it should connect to one of the America region server in California… hopefully, your network lag will be OK.
