This player is obviously a heavily bot’ed account (for many years now).
You already know this and yet you celebrate it and even go so far as to use it as an example of the game’s “absolute fantastic design and balance.”

People are doing GR 140-150 solo with 2500-3000 paragon. Buffs, buffs, and more buffs.
