Been farming for cosmic wings for the past 2 hours. So far ive gotten 3 bandit shrined 5 vaults and 2 cow levels. Not 1 single rainbow gob. Any tips or tricks to help farm for the cosmic wings?
The rainbow gob will just pop up whenever I have had 4 so far this season.
- The wings drop from Princess Lilian in Whimsydal only.
There isn’t really any major tricks to this, just keep farming zones with high goblin spawn rate.

It took 2 months, almost constant farming to get the wings 
10 days for me
Ive got nothing better to do for now. I’ll farm in between looking for a job. Im in it for the long haul.
I lost count how many Rainbow gobs I killed before I got the wings. Hundreds and hundreds. Most people say to join a group and do it collectively. In the end it’s all just luck. Hang in there. Best of luck.

Ive been at it since 10 am. Not 1 rainbow gob all day. 8 vaults 6 bandit shrines and 4 cow levels. the cosmic wings are a myth.

My first year of playing d3 I pushed real hard for the wings with no luck. Ever since then I only get them in public bounties every 6-7 games. Then finally a week before this last Era ended they dropped. I estimate I saw over 300 spawns which is on the very unlucky side to go that many without a drop. You can expect around a 3% RAINBOW goblin spawn rate then once inside Lillian has been said to have a 1% spawn rate but she drops the wings everytime. So the average person needs to see 100 portals in order to get the wings.

Just speaking from my own Cosmic journey (and I am NOT saying there is any truth to this, but it seemed so for me) I found most of my rainbow goblins during the early morning hours, 4 - 8 a.m. Central Time. Again, not saying there is any truth about it but running a WD Turbo Chicken build I was finding between 6 - 10 rainbow goblins per day. Could be a coincidence, could be that way at any time of day. Still took a couple of weeks to finally get Princess Lillian to spawn. Keep looking, you’ll get them eventually.
2 hours? Lol people have been farming them for at least months.

Congrats Chris ! I may never get mine (I hope so but they are very rare) but I like to see others finally get them . I saw your post where you had finally got them and thought , Well , good for you ! 
I also found mine after 100 tries plus/minus a few. Seeing some stats, that’s considered lucky I guess. I wasn’t farming for them to be honest. While playing bounties, some guy found the goblin and let us know and it dropped. By the way, if you find the rainbow goblin during bounties, it’s a good gesture to let the other players know, so they can have a chance at the wings too. There are also communities that focus on farming the wings. You search them in-game and join the hunt
