on the items if they have the same benefit will they stack. For example my Ancient Ethereal wand has the same benefit as my etched sigil. If i equip them both will the damage bonus to energy twister stack?
Legendary powers do not stack, whether worn or Cubed.
Specific skill adjustments, like +X to Y should and are generally visible on the character sheet.

- Legendary Powers and Class Passive Skills rolled on Ethereals do not stack with the same power equipped through Kanai’s Cube, Items or Skills.
Has anyone tested which item is the active bonus if you have an ethereal with a power available to an off hand item? If the OP has a wand with Etched Sigil and equips Etched Sigil, which is the active power?
Not sure if someone has tested but presumably the normal equipped legendary always has the highest priority and its power is used.
