I’m running the Tal Rasha meteor star pact build. Is there any advantage to adding more arcane energy via paragon? TIA for any answers
Edit: nvm I forgot you can only and another 25 arcane thru para. I’ve done that but it is a pittance relative to higher para levels.
Assuming full power Star Pacts, no Astral Presence, Staff (so no max AP on wand + source) and Tal’s helm (so no max AP on wizard hat), you’d be going from 100 to 125 AP. And assuming just 10% RCR from paragon + 50% RCR from Grand Vizier. The extra 25 AP from paragon would add about 20% dps to your Star Pact impacts. It’ll vary a bit if you have more RCR, but generally it’s going to be somewhere in the ballpark of 20% impact damage. More like 17-18% if you run Astral Presence.
That’s quite strong, way stronger than 250 int at literally any paragon level. Assuming full AP casts anyway, if you aren’t refilling your AP it has less (or no) value.
