Since the forum is slow, can someone tell me why I can’t see anyone’s profile ( the players builds)? When I click on profile, nothing happens.
Also, can someone tell me if the can see mine?
Answer is simple, it’s broke and nobody can give an estimated time for it to be fixed. At the moment the only legit way you can view game profile of someone is going to your own game profile page, if you have it saved, and change some letters and lines there.
On the subject; I also happen to notice a small typo on forums. If you go at the main page of forums, where you see all sections, read the description for Witch Doctors, you’ll see it yourself. Now I don’t know what is a “which doctor” or when is it going to be fixed but I guess it’s there for a long while now. If they can correct that alongside of profiles, that’d be great.

While I never noticed that one, I have been noticing several typos and/or grammatical mistakes from blizz for the past several months. For example, check out their D4 season 10 article back from September, where I quote:
Bartuc’s return to Sanctuary has stoked the flames of the Infernal Hordes and the fires of the Burning Hells are hotter than they’ve even been before. The Infernal Hordes is shaking up in several key ways: Chaos Waves, the Fell Council, Bartuc, and more.
(…)
We’re introducing a warming version of the Infernal Hordes to burn through earlier in your character journey.
(Bolded emphasis mine to point out the mistakes)
There are several other questionable choices in that article I abstained from nitpicking. I realize I’m not perfect myself, but at the same time, I’m not a trillion-plus dollar company. I’m not even a subsidiary of said company. If I were, I’d probably be able to afford a spelling and grammar check.

Might explain a few things. I guess ‘which doctors’ got buffs and not the ‘witch doctor’

I would expect this kind of typo from artificial intelligence or large language models or whatever are those. I don’t expect such mistypes from a large conglomerate about their own intellectual property, let along it to sit there for long months. Now maybe they fix it? I hope at least someone from support or moderation sees this and notifies the web admin staff about it. And yeah, hopefully they restore the profile function back while they’re at it.

Seems to work right now! I can see the profile. Which hasn’t been possible for some time. But I can’t copy and paste it here like it was possible before…?
This is on iPad both in Safari and Chrome.

Weirdly enough I can see everyone’s profiles again. I guess they heard us.

It seems to be working for me now too. I’m using Firefox on a desktop PC with Windows 10.

Same, I can see profiles again and without needing to see Profile Activity but from the small pop-up card when you click the poster name. However, Witch Doctor typo is still there.

I found out why I couldn’t paste. There looks to be a new toolbar in the Reply or Post window. The M plus arrow down tool must be selected, not the A, B or i (for italics). Mine was at the A.
Kids, please! (I know, some of you are older than, sorry, then me).
Blizzard’s a bunch of native speakers. And a surprising number of natives can’t get its vs it’s or their vs there vs they’re right. So whaddaya expect?!?!! English are hard!

I’m not sure if this was intentional… to make your point.
In case it wasn’t, “than” was the correct word to use.
Example:
If you’re not older than me, then I must be older than you. (Or we might be the same age).
it was. The other mistake as well.

Und guten Abend… Not German myself (my grandmother was an immigrant from Germany by the way). It’s always interesting to read and hear some of the German names for items and skills and such in the game. One is suddenly in a completely different universe.
(Might be fun to play the game in the German version… if possible to change at will?)

It’s possible to change easily enough, but you need to quit the game to change language.
(I have to do that when I need to test something in English – since I play in French)

I’ve played through the campaign several times just to hear the different voice actors for the different classes and genders. Come to think of it: the female WD is quite good with her Jamaican like accent.

I usually avoid localizations, so I actually don’t know. I do remember that the German version of D2 was rather bad and contained some unwanted lulz.
The skill (to) maul (zerfleischen) was translated as if it was the noun (Holzhammer) - which was really ridiculous. They actually changed it later on.
