So, with Season 30, the Altar comes back ( missed that ) , will it stay in game also for non season players ? Samke like the Rifts from this Season ?

Yes. NS and season, in all modes.

Fissures? That’s not officialy stated to stay. But most of the players like it, sooooo…

I think it would be kind of silly if they don’t stay. People who play mostly solo have been asking for a way to get some level of parity between solo and group bounties for ages. They already put all the effort of creating a way to achieve that so why not just keep it in.

Maybe tune it down a bit, not sure if it is currently around the rate of what group bounties would be since I don’t ever do many bounties.

And yes, groups who work together would still get even more but at least in this way we get a proper amount even as solo players.

I don’t think that they need to be tuned down. As soon as there is no cap anymore it will be Rifts Rifts Rifts again for the XP.
You’d only hunt Visions of Enmity when you’re in dire need of Bounty mats.
One Vision on average gives 40 of all mats, in order to use them in rerolls you need 400 Forgotten souls which will make you farm 20+ GRs per Vision of Enmity to have “material balance”

Something that has such a low portion of gametime may stay exciting as it is. no need for a nerf.

Maybe tweak it, so that it’s not horribly outclassed in XP. That way it would be an gear focused alternative to GRs. (Suggestion linked in one of the previous posts)

Good point. I didn’t think about the XP part. I can see someone like me going back to mostly doing GR’s if there is no cap since I am so used to not really crafting much and the visions do get a tad boring after a while.

I think the materials should be looked at though (meaning legendaries and keys) so we need to still do rifts for keys and blues/yellows/whites and get comparable amount of souls from GR’s, if not more.

Is that really much different than here? I mean, that forum is a lot busier because it’s a new game but when you really look at the content here, we really can’t take the moral high ground.

Some of the same people who have been complaining about everything in D4 are now doing the same with s29.

Take habitual complainers with a grain of salt. People will do that because it’s one of the easiest ways to get people going in a pinch.
