Is this something that will continue when the season ends or do we lose the shade that allows me to kill everything in the dungeon and helps me beat GR time limit??

Season themes end as soon as the season does, which means Sunday, March 28th for Season 22. No more 4th Cube slot or Shadow Clones after that, as all of your seasonal heroes will become non-seasonal.
