If you have elemental damage on an item, do you need to select the same damage type rune on Frenzy to get the damage+? Or does UC make this irrelevant?
Hey man. Best you use the rune that matches the your item’s elemental damage (despite UC giving you all runes of Frenzy).

The damage element of the skill is always determined by the actual rune selected. Whether an item or a set bonus grants a single or multiple runes for that skill for free is irrelevant.
