Specifically about the +900 (max) damage. Using Comet, presumably this will only kick in with the RG or other isolated enemies, since in packs the meteor hits multiple enemies? It doesn’t say what the damage radius is?
Yes, it does. But the differnece isn’t that big is 600% vs 900%. If it hits more than 3 enemies it’s just 600%. The radius of one meteor is 12 yards.
