Enemies stunned from paralys take 14000% damage. So after the monsters CC immunity kicks in then the ring will be useless?
Haven’t been playing for some time, but iirc that’s basically how it work yes. The CC immunity also wears off so after some time Manald Heal ‘works’ again.
Having said that, back when I played with a MH build it was awfully inconsistent (and I’m willing to bet it still is). Times it didn’t do anything even when monsters shouldn’t have CC immunity followed by a short burst of vaporizing everything on the screen.
MH proc damage will affect juggernauts. It works even if the mob is cc immune. It is not as obvious to the player in this situation though.

I just tried it and manald heal really does affect juggernauts. Thanks for pointing that out.
