Quest wil not complete and chest will not open

Wandered into the winding cave with character named Remi. Quest is “Lost and Forgotten” Quest objective is to “kill gruewl” log says gruewl is killed, but cursed chest won’t open and quest won’t complete. Looks like I’m not the only one who has had this issue. I have a screenshot, but it won’t let me post a link.
