Is there a complete list of the transmogs in existence?
I’ve come across a couple different sources on the net, but they seem older and it’s hard to tell how complete they are.
I know of MC’s/Tias’s thread. But that’s back from before the new forums. Is that complete? If not, is there somewhere that is?

If you’re just looking for a list of Transmogrification items, without the other Cosmetics, Diablo Wiki seems to be pretty thorough. Plus there’s some interesting information about Xmogs as well.
Holiday Gifts would also be a great way to unlock transmogs. It’d be wonderful if we could reach out to the person who can enable them for Christmas!
I’d like to see gifts again especailly if Development Hell has been removed, which it sounds like it has based on people not being able to find it in the last couple years.
I’m legit sad that Diablo 3 doesn’t have the player base that actually care enough of the game to document everything.
To put things in perspective, I also play RuneScape, and the community driven RuneScape wiki is insanely good. If you need info on ANYTHING, you can find it on there. Even the most niche and hidden oddball things are available on the wiki.
When I try to find good info on Diablo 3, even for something as basic as the full list of Lore drops, I’m unable to find it easily, if at all. It’s sad.
Are you talking about the Lore Books you can find while exploring D3 and have Achievements for them?

For that I searched for list of diablo 3 in-game conversations. Again, the first thing I found was:

Mira’s thread and Maxroll were identical to each other so I assume they are fairly up to date/accurate/complete. (Mira’s even had an extra item listed that didn’t make it into the game.)
The Fandom site has been obviously neglected for a while. Its list was incomplete. There was a forth source I used, but I forget what it was now. But it was incomplete as well.
Here’s what I put together from Mira’s and Maxroll’s lists.
Thanks for the list, love this sort of thing. FWIW I picked up the feat of strength Ethereal Recollection over the summer and it added the 21 weapon mogs to all my characters.
There are at least 2 lore books (I’m know about, maybe there are more) that haven’t an achievement and very contr-intuitive that it’s exists at all.
Don’t remeber situation with a Fall of Tristram lore books and those which presence in adventure mods - only zones

In Adventure Mode, before you have Kanai’s Cube, you’ll find Zoltun Kulle in any town with a yellow exclamation point above his head. If you talk to him, he will give you a “quest” to find the Cube and bring it to him. When he finishes the conversation, he will drop a Book with more lore about the Cube. Note: You do not need to do this to get Kanai’s Cube.
Once you retrieve Kanai’s Cube, in the Elder Sanctum, Kulle will appear and continue his conversation. When he is done, another Book will drop for you to “read”. The first time you successfully use Kanai’s Cube a final Book will drop. And you are correct, there is no Achievement for these particular conversations. Your reward is having Kanai’s Cube.
There are several lore books related to Vidian. There are also some related to Fazula and the Crazed Man on Greyhollow Island (Reyeld).
There are no Achievements for these conversations. Some of these are Events/Bounties. Some are “broken” Quests. (See “Trivia” below).
Trivia:
The area was originally intended to be released as part of The King in the North expansion. After the expansion was canceled, it was released as free content.
I don’t know which Xmogs may be related to any of this. Kanai’s Skorn? There’s Fazula’s Improbable Chain. But, Belts cannot be Transmogrified.
That is a little surprising. I had not expected them to still match. I would assume many current lists use mine as a resource.
I am sorry about not updating. Life kind of got overwhelming and blah. Tias was doing the formatting for the new forums and if I wanted to update it I would have to sort that out. I COULD, but have not felt motivated. Sorry about that.
