The Chest is dropping on items, and you can’t get them. This has happened now 3 times to me. The last one a season themed item. If you picture, I have the last one with the season themed item. I only know it was season item because of the light
Not an issue and probably not a bug.
Press the Alt key (or whatever key you have defined in Options for “Show items on ground”… then click on each of the item’s label.

Could it be that OP means that the items can’t be picked up because the access to them is blocked by the chest? I seem to remember that this could happen on rare occasions many years ago?
