I mean, maybe there are some going on at T16 but every other season has had at least some rifts, GRs, bounties going on. No bounty games anywhere from T1-13? No rift games? One guy in a GR game at T9?

This should be the emptiest season yet especially since there’s almost no point in grouping with an 800 para cap.

SSF must be incredibly popular. I was planning on doing SSF like I usually do in games that have it – after getting bored of standard. But I guess SSF is where everyone is. Apparently an incredible success.
Well it’s the new toy, a real test and representation of popularity will be next season IMO. Especially if they decide not to repeat such low paragon cap.

I see the paragon cap is your pet issue, but I don’t think there is any logical connection. SSF makes sense tho. I’m just amazed at how overwhelmingly popular it is.
There been several hours since season start. Ppl are t16 since long ago. Also some ppl do SSF and the cap made some ppl just skip this season.
When I hit 70 I did a normal bounty game and there were people even though the UI said 0 games were up.
I do think bounties are going to be a lot less popular this season because you get so many bounty mats from fissures. You don’t need to run bounties really besides to get RORG. People are probably more likely to just solo that since they don’t want to stay for a full bounty run. I also got most of the recipes leveling from fissures also.

Yeah, just seems weird that public games are completely empty. I could understand a few less people, but it’s a literal ghost town where it used to be full of games. Not just T16 had games the day after season launch.

Something like 90% of the playerbase must be doing SSF. Huge success looks like.

I’m playing solo 99% of the time but I didn’t make SSF just in case someone on my friends list played and I wanted to play with them.
I just glanced at the leaderboard and the solo leaderboard is more progressed than the normal seasonal one. I’m 31 on the WD board without even trying. Guess there’s hardly anyone doing solos in normal season.

I stopped doing group rifts after they made the followers better for dbs and rift keys.
And with fissures this season theirs no way i would to do in public group
You would get players rushing a head or closing before your ready
I’m doing SSF. But I think it’s fissures having just as much or more effect than SSF. There’s no need to do rifts or bounties outside season journey req’s and bounty specific items.

I think it is a mixture of reasons, community is more divided by the ssf, people group up a lot less because of the follower enamate and fissures instead of split bounties. Another thing is this season seems dead on arrival, i hear people say ssf is so popular, but on the ssf leaderboard alot of the boards are not even filled to 1000, so with a gr1 you can already make it on the leaderboard. But also on the normal seasonal leaderboards you can make alot of leaderboards already with a gr 20. So to me the game seems deadish in general, what the reason is i can only guess, could be people moved on to d4 (even tho its also dead there now) or other games, could be this para cap isnt liked as much as some want to make belief.
