On my PTR I am still showing 2.6.10.71042. It does not seem to have updated to the most recent PTR patch. I have tried to check updates and everything states up to date. Any Ideas?
Give it time the PTR is not even up.

Well, the S23 PTR has not gone live yet. That’s why. It probably will not go live for another 6-7 hours.

So in Blizzard fashion they have chosen to release at a certain time frame with out giving a time
I remember that Blizzard used to give exact time as to when to expect certain updates (like back in Diablo 3 vanilla), however whenever they missed the time, some of the forums would go nuts, and as a result, Blizzard no longer gives precise time when it comes to updates in Diablo 3.

They’ve never given exact start times for PTR. It will be sometime this afternoon, Pacific time.

Nefertiri is right. They don’t give the time for the PTR. It is in the hands of QA and comes up when it comes up. Usually late afternoon Pacific time.
There is only one PTR server for everyone world wide. If you live outside the US you can expect lag. You can also expect a crush of users that creates a massive queue. Keep in mind PTR is for QA testing, not for players to just have fun with. When they have enough testers, you have to wait in line.

I`m eastern time and have seen it at 12;00pm up to 8;00 pm so you have to wait and see. They are never early morning.
They usually release it at 5PM California time.
