I want to enter PTR, but I keep getting update-restart error. When I try to ignore it and enter, I keep watching the Diablo text in the middle of the screen 
How can I solve this problem?
What version do you have under the Play button ?

When I uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled it the problem was solved. thank you very much.

If Iām not mistaken, and since you created this thread, you should have an option to mark it as solved. I would suggest that you mark your Post #3 as the solution since it describes what you did to solve it.
