Would it be possible, in the next PTR, to add another cache we can buy from the crazy PTR cache guy that includes blacksmith and jeweler plans? I spent a significant amount of time this PTR just searching for Odious Collector gobs.

The only gem you need beside the Flawless Royal is the Imperial (For enchanting at Mystic) so just add about 100 (or 10) Imperial Emerald into the Bag of Fortune is just fine.
As for smith you do need plan, so just made is like the first time you open a Bag of Fortune it drop all blacksmith plan, or maybe doing bounty is need to be test too, and that’s why blacksmith plans are gated behind bounty. Something must be gated behind bounty otherwhile no one will do it, plan is the reasonable choice cause it’ll keep dropping until you got all the plan, just made a fastest build and solo normal-bounty (you don’t have to do high torment bounty if plan is what you after) if public is not an option. you’ll get all the plan in no time (like i do)
