As i see it this is the last chance that you buff builds that are lacking. Why is Horde of 90 savages set getting ZERO buffs??? It’s pretty obvious set needs buffs BADLY!!!
You buffed earthen might and all that which is great for jumpers and raekors but why no buffs to FRENZY BUILD???
H90 can pass GR150 in non-season,you can monitor the non-season Ladder,it needs not buff.
Is getting nerfed by 55%.
That’s a -4.8 tier nerf. Still one of easiest 150 solo bd.

No it can’t. H90 can pass that with 10,000 paragon. Other builds can do it with 3000. H90 isn’t even close to 150. Stop spreading LIES!

There is solo 150 clear on H90, the same player clear exact same time on Asia current era at 14:40 on 150 vs 142 at 14:16 previous era (2022-2). H90 needs additional multipliers or reworking. Best is to wait. There isnt gonna be big major changes moving forward, but small balancing touch up patches arent out of question. Whether to nerf for buff strong/weak outliers.
I highly doubt that after this patch anything else will ever get touched. Game is going into a season cycle until they decide to shut it down or remaster it.
Season recycle doesn’t mean outliers won’t be touched. Goal is to migrate player base to D4 but there will be player base left in D3 as D4 is very immature and lacks contents to really use hard farmed gears.
My 7k H90 was 10s OT on 150 with no shield or power. I believe it’s very weak but 150 isn’t impossible for experienced Players. It needs a high priority buff but boarderline acceptable at current power even w.o altar.
MOTE is buffed, im a happy man.
