When exactly PTR will end and the patch notes will be finalized?
It will end when they shut it off. They don’t provide a time.
The notes are posted when they announce the patch or they update the notes if they patch PTR.

PTR went up around 18:00 (Pacific) last Thursday. As the PTR was due to be up for a week, I’d guess they’ll shut it down around the same time today (Pacific) or announce an extension.
Definitely curious about this, too. I wonder if the rend buff in the final patch notes is not as great as it was initially on the PTR, if Blizzard will only announce the final patch notes until after Blizzcon to avoid the “Why did you do what you did to barbs question?”
Dont be surprised if the 7 days comes and goes with no communication whatsoever, and the PTR is left up into next week. They did this in a previous PTR and then midway through the next week said they were extending on purpose.
My money is on that outcome, especially with the seemingly low level of resources & effort they have shown us with the 2 new set designs.

Nev announced the closure of the PTR a couple of hours ago…
We will not see the updated patch notes until the patch goes live, probably in another few weeks.
