Blasted with barb on season so idk much about others classes but heres my opinions on the barb and other changes.
1.Rend over 1 sec doesn’t feel like a bleed at all but i Guess its for server lag or something? hard to tell what too change without taken to much damg away.
2.Amulet of time needs a change imo can carry hard
3.Mote cold slam feels really cool. keep thinking about earthquake but its not part of the build but its part of the set so it messes with my mind.
4.Immortal kings hota feels like its a few tiers behind the other sets maybe give it some love.
Pandemonium is cool but the 5 sec up time feels a little slim.
also you can keep popping the first few killstreaks to just carry thru a greater rift but i assume that can be intended?
