I hope someone is able to help me. I’ve been playing PTR last two days, and I just signed in and started played. Today I saw the “Copy account”-thing by my char, and I clicked it.
Now I cant log back into the chars i was playing on. I was only Paragon800, but I had alot of sexy stuff. Can someone help me or did I mess up?

PTR Copy always overwrite PTR data with live data. That means all progress you did on PTR was erased and replaced with the live data, the region you selected.

Yikes! Ok, thnx for the response. Can you tell me why I don’t have the 1. General chat channel anymore?
No, IDK. I quit from all chat channels, PTR and live.
If it’s gone, it must have been turned off at some point. I tend to do that when I’m in Greater Rifts and such. Thankfully it can be rejoined at any time by clicking the gear icon in the top left corner of the chat window, and selecting “Join Public Chat” and “General”
