I discovered today that when I switched my PS5 controller to a backup controller that the season journey was no longer showing completion status… then I switch back to main controller and find that the season journey status is just fine … then I switch back to the secondary and the season journey status shows NOTHING completed … then switching back to main controller I find that the season journey status shows the ones I’ve completed… Seems that somehow the season journey got tied to a single controller … yet I have been accessing the same SSF Monk from both controllers … and the character is the same in both - same levels, same skills, same equipment … BUT NO match on the season journey.
