Hi. Are there any sites that have info on the stats of all the legendaries and set items as they exist on the PS3? I think it’s version 2.0.6?
Probably not. Anything that remotely did, got updated as the game kept getting updated.

If I were to buy a new console to get up to date, would I be able to transfer my characters from the PS3 version?
You can as long as it’s a PS4, but honestly it’s not worth it. Any legendaries will be updated, craft mats will be turned to gold, and it’s really just easier to go from season to non season and restart from there. The set items won’t be the same either.
