Not a bug. You are doing something wrong. What legendary? What materials? What recipe?

Weapon must be Ancient, not just Legendary.
Are you sure you want your Augment to be Vitality instead of Mainstat?
I need strength it would be a ruby yes but even so the problem continues because it doesn’t leave me with any weapon
Make sure it’s an Ancient Legendary weapon and that you are using the correct recipe (Caldessan’s Despair). You do not lose the weapon. Only the first recipe (extract) destroys the item.
To augment your Weapon with Strength you need to manually place in Kanai’s Cube:
- Your Ancient or Primal Weapon.
- 3 Flawless Royal Rubies.
- 1 Rank 30 or higher Legendary Gem.
Then, click Transmute.
