Uninstalled Diablo3 after two crashes today. Rarely crashed before 2.66 update. Had “shop menu error 396010” several times with 2.66 . No errors for a day or two. Observed 396010 again after uninstalling, then reinstalling D3. Was clicking stash.
Advice from Metalagon
- uninstalled D3, then Blizzard app, rebooted (Win10Pro 1903).
- installed Blizzard app, then installed D3 (a second time), rebooted.
- wait and see
- launched Blizzard app then D3
- switched characters to necro, changed from “public game” to “create game”, error 396010 popped up
