Hi, I was wondering while cleaning up all my seasonal (s27) loots. I was about to break 2 primal stormshields I got in last season, when I saw something weird.
1st one:
1K int/1K vit/130 all res/+18% life
2nd one:
1K str/1K vit/775 armor/+15% life
Is that normal? I thought primal items do roll max stats. So why one only got +15% life instead of +18%?
