I finally got a primal Smoldering Core to drop and was disappointed. Not only was it missing a third attribute it was also missing a socket. Every normal or ancient one I’ve crafted or found always has 3 attributes and a socket. According to the Blizzard wiki that’s how they should be. But for some reason primal ones are deficient. At least on the PTR. Hope that isn’t that case on live.
