So last night I found primal gloves for my bone spear Necromancer. Problem is they have 2 unwanted stats: Vitality and life per hit. Other two being Intelligence and CHD. My other gloves are pretty good, have the stats I need and OK rolls on them. It works out at around 4% lower damage on the primals and 15% higher toughness.
So my thinking was as follows: Usually you would never go for vitality on gloves but it is quite common for a helm to have a vitality roll (The guides I have seen all have Intelligence, CHC and bone spear damage for the bone spear build though) so if I am looking for 1 000 vitality and CHC I can get it on either the helm or gloves, doesn’t make a difference. If the vitality roll on helm is good for this build that is. My current helm also has vitality instead of CHC so it should even out if I do it this way and get a new helm that has CHC.
I am around 1 100 paragon and on 119GR if that makes a difference, feel like the lack of vitality roll for this build is applicable on higher paragon levels.
Or am I just looking through primal tinted glasses?
