ok im framing for primal god dh if it takes 1 min r 2 for a gr 90 should i do that r if it takes 4 min for a gr100 which one should i do and d3 devs can you up my rng for primal god dh set items

If you are only grinding for items, do 90s as fast and often as possible. If you are also going for XP then go higher to a spot that is comfortable.

ok thx for the information i will do gr90 then thx so much

No.

The RNG is hard coded into the mechanisms of the game and it impacts everyone equally, regardless of who you are. The only ways to improve it are:

  1. play in groups (ideally 4-man) to get a “global” magic item find increase.
  2. play on the highest difficulty (T16) if doing anything but Greater Rifts (GR).
    a) If not doing a GR, do split bounties to make it faster and for the materials needed for other options on this list.
    b) If doing a GR, try to play on 90+ for maximum legendary drops, but under 2 minutes. If you cannot do it under 2 minutes, do as close to GR90 as you can in quickly as you can.
  3. Use your crafting material to Upgrade (and/or Reforge) legendary items.
  4. Know the Loot Table and use it to your advantage - if a Demon Hunter, for example, only has 6 different boots but 10 gloves available [numbers are not meant to be accurate - they are examples], spend your Bloodshards on boots and Convert Set item in the cube - then, #3 if needed to make it Ancient/Primal.
  5. Remember that the Loot Table can hurt you at Level 70 – you might have better results, if you’re just trying to get an item, by using a character that barely meets the level requirement for it to roll. For example, any character at level 31 has a much better chance to obtain a Puzzle Ring than a level 70 does when gambling rings. This won’t help you with Ancients, per se, but if you get lucky and get a “lowered item level requirement” affix, you can use the main character to enchant that off and maybe then #3 it.
  6. Play, play, play - the only realistic way to defeat RNG is to outlast it.

Loot is capped at 90, everything above does not give you more items and therefore more primals.

Basically play the rift level above 90, that you can do just as fast as 90s, you will not get more items but more XP.

For XP it is kinda similar, most efficient is to play the rift level you can do as fast as your build allows to move through a rift, maybe a slight bit slower.
The thing that scales the most by far per rift level is monster HP, so unfortunately putting in the effort to clear higher rift levels then necessary gives absolutely no benefit.

Magic find is killed in ROS. Group benefits are GR per hr and loot share. You do not find more and better items in groups significantly through MF

Yes you do, thanks to speed. It is quite noticeably increased even in a 2-person group.

Also as of patch 2.0, Magic Find is penalized in effectiveness to 30% for Rare items and 10% for Legendary/Set items. This does not mean that you can only have +30% / +10%, but that having +50% Magic Find will only add +15% to Rare find (50% x 0.3) and +5% Legendary find (50% x 0.1). With the 300% cap, it means no more than 90% Rare find and 30% Legendary find, so sacrificing the combat stats for MF is generally not worth it

MF 10% per extra group player, which is +0.1% MF chance to legendary items in your 2 man experience.

MF is almost completely useless from GR 90-100+ as nearly all the items that drop are already legendary

Can just google Magic Find in Diablo 3 if need.
