Since S28 started I’ve gotten around 18 Primal items, after lvl 70, (via Kadala, Rift’s, GR’s, Bounties, Kanai’s upgrade rare, reforge, … ), some good some not.
The thing is, ever since I’ve been clearing +120 GR’s, …, I’ve gotten NO (double) Primal Items at all over the last month or so.?
Is there a cap on these after a certain lvl, …?
